The company was established in December 2015. It has passed IATF16949 system certification, ISO14001：2015 environmental management system certification and OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system certification.
The company is located in Shangyu economic and Technological Development Zone, Hangzhou Bay, Zhejiang Province, which is the most developed economy in China. It covers an area of 300 mu and has more than 200 employees. It plans to realize the production capacity of ternary cathode material of 50000 tons, the production capacity of ternary precursor of 54000 tons, and the joint production of 80000 tons of anhydrous sodium sulfate in the next three years.
